By placing an order on Subtle Snacks (operated by Thix Snax, Corp., “Subtle Snacks,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Any stated or implied shipping or delivery date is an estimate. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date and are not liable for delays due to carrier, supply chain, logistics, regulatory, or other unforeseen issues.
2. Product Information
We work to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but packaging and product appearance may vary slightly from what is shown. Always refer to the label on the product you receive for ingredients, allergens, and nutrition information.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is collected at the time of purchase.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Order Fulfillment & Quantities
We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or supply constraints. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thix Snax, Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your order, including but not limited to delays, product changes, or inability to fulfill an order. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
7. No Warranties
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once your order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the product has left our facility.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Placing an order after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
